Since last spring, everyone in our society has been buffeted by uncertainty, grief, and worry.  The COVID-19 pandemic is painful and frightening.  The political situation has brought us many opportunities to reflect on clinging and letting go.  Our emotions may swing wildly hour by hour, and we may even be physically affected in our sleeping, eating, and activities.  Maybe we can't change the pandemic or national politics, but we can change how we respond to these challenging times.  Khenpo Pema shares his insights for coping and offers the path to help both ourselves and others, through the virtues of equanimity.
